Account deletion

How to request deletion of your Haventri user account, exactly what gets deleted, and which agency-controlled records must be retained.

Who this page is for. Haventri accounts are created and administered by the home-health agency you work with; the Haventri app does not offer public or consumer account registration. This page is for current or former agency staff who want their Haventri user account deleted.

How to request deletion

  • In the app: Settings → Privacy → Request account deletion.
  • By email: send a request to privacy@haventri.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Include the agency you work or worked with so we can verify the account.

We verify each request with you and, where your account is administered by an agency, coordinate with that agency. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

What account deletion removes

  • Your login credentials and the ability to sign in.
  • Your active sessions and device registrations, including push-notification registrations.
  • Personal account information that is not required to be retained, which is deleted or de-identified.

What may be retained, and why

Certain records connected to your work are controlled by your agency, not by Haventri, and are subject to healthcare, employment, and payroll retention requirements. These associated agency records — work, visit, EVV, clinical, payroll, messaging, compliance, security, and audit records — may remain under your agency's control or be retained for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Deleting your account removes your access to Haventri. It does not delete records your agency is required to maintain. Questions about those records should be directed to your agency administrator.
